13 DAYS

I'm heading off to the land of the Romans in less than 2 weeks and I cannot wait to see what adventures await me. It is going to be the experience of a lifetime!
I planned to write my feelings about leaving, share my emotions, and all that sappy nonsense, but it still does not seem quite real. Maybe when my departure day gets closer I'll write a more personal post. In the meantime, I will make this promise: to photograph all my delicious food while in Rome. This is completely necessary, and not at all in an effort to make anyone jealous! Hopefully I will pick up some recipes I can bring back to the states.

Yes, my mouth was definitely watering as I looked for a picture on google, it still is. I think gelato will become my best friend in Rome. I need something to fill my frozen yogurt void (Confesssion: I went to PJC 3 times yesterday for fro yo and milk tea).
